Colour + Light Gallery invites Clutha District artists to apply for this fun summer showcase of art and artists in our district running, from November 29th to January 4th 2026
Key Dates:
Submissions and entry fees due: November 7th 2025
Applicants informed: November 14th.
Work accepted due to the gallery by 4pm: November 21st 2025
Official Exhibition opening: Saturday November 29th 3pm
Exhibition Closes: Sunday January 4th at 2pm.a minute to write an introduction that is short, sweet, and to the point.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Open to residents of the Clutha District only.
2. Entry is limited to ONE work per artist and is subject to selection by the gallery.
3. Each artist must complete an entry form and pay the $10 non-refundable entry fee fr adults or $5 for youth entry (10 – 18 years of age) Entry forms and fees MUST be in by midnight of November 7th. NO late entries will be accepted.
4. All work must be original and the sole work of the artist.
5. Two-dimensional work must be dry, suitably framed or mounted and ready to hang using “D” rings no deeper than 65mm from the top of the work. The longest side of the artwork must be no longer than 1 metre.
6. All work must be for sale. A 30% commission will be deducted from all sales.
7. Work must be clearly labelled with the artist’s name, contact details, title, medium and price.
8. Unsold work must be collected by 4pm January 7th unless other arrangements have been made. Any work not collected by this time will become the property of the gallery.
